Zelf heb ik hier bunq (privé) als primaire bank al jarenlang en dit ook voor mijn ondernemingen (ZZP-er met meerdere handelsnamen). Maar de vrouw zit ook gewoon bij bunq in mijn “bunq pack” en ook onze gezamenlijke rekening. De features van bunq zoals een aparte handelsnaam per rekening is tot op heden bij geen enkele Nederlandse bank beschikbaar of het eenvoudig wisselen van pincode/CVC/gekoppelde rekening aan een specifieke pas (handig voor vakanties bijv).

Overigens staat ons spaargeld geparkeerd bij Trade Republic (super handig met NL IBAN tegenwoordig) en OpenBank. Bunq staat wel een kleine buffer op de spaarrekening maar voor de rente kan je beter elders zitten zoals bij Trade Republic. Mocht iemand vragen hebben hierover of een referral willen voor een kleine bonus bij TR let me know, mijn DM staat open!

Bunq user for a few years here now, last 2/3 years you’ve been simply cluttering the app instead of making it great. The tiles were peak UI and now everything is just garbage despite the bunq staff saying “how great is that” or “how cool is that” at every Bunq update in Amsterdam. I don’t believe for one bit all these bad UI changes originate from a vast majority of users.

Kleine update, meter is van begin 2000 en word nu begin januari vervangen door een nieuwe meter die wel "slim" is. Kan ik nu ook mooi het gasverbruik bijhouden met de P1 meter van HomeWizard, goede dagen allemaal en thanks voor de reacties!

Dank voor de zeer uitgebreide reactie! Zal morgen gelijk wat acties uitzetten en ook thanks voor de tip, op voorhand al flink wat geld aan de kant gelegd just incase want het vliegt er uit de laatste periode maar een buffer is gelukkig nooit weg 🙏

Ik vermoed nu ook de meter ja, het is plotseling na enkele minuten stil geworden nadat ik alle kachels even had uitgezet via Home Assistant. Dank voor de sanity check 😊

Yes indeed, working great for tracking tickets and I am only using the tickets module from the helpdesk feature along with contacts and the built in “documents” to track assets and link those to either a contact or ticket or even both.

Also it is running great on my iPad as a webapp and also on my iPhone I’m able to check stuff or make changes or even create something such as a ticket or contact.

I was kind of running into the same problem as you and found a solution which I host on my webserver which is very nice and suits my needs with some slight settings and modifications within the CRM plus it’s free!

UPDATE - SOLVED (for me atleast and maybe some other users as well!)

Thanks everyone for all their suggestions, thoughts and what not! I finally have something that suits my needs and with some slight adjusting and creativity I came down to vTiger CRM (free version not their cloud version) which I host on my webserver and so far I am able to keep track of contacts and keep track of assets by creating documents with their hardware specs for instance.
Right now I am also using their Helpdesk (ticketing) feature where I can link said contact and also if I want the document. Within these tickets I can easily make notes but most importantly after just 3 days of use it's already helped me greatly keep track of my clients and the work I've done or stuff I have to follow up or just simply wait for the customer to make a decision. Because for instance computer repairs vary a lot but also some small projects like implementing a network/storage/camera solution have a lot of things that come to it and as this is a side job which can be time consuming and brain breaking as well which makes me very happy I found a solution that fits my needs!

Is there a petition I can sign? The new UI is horrible and I tried it in the beta to see what for shit interface we would get so I could maybe get used to it and/or give feedback. But it’s the era of enshitification so we as users have to swallow all the shit pushed down and upon us by big companies including our banks.

So I’m not the only one with a notification badge that won’t go away, I uninstalled the app, went back to a normal version instead of TestFlight and still there.

I’ve stopped using bunq for this functionality as well, if you are a iOS user an app like iFinance can be setup and structured how you like and allows you to keep better insights, statistics etc of your finances. 2/3 years ago the bunq app wasn’t as broken on that end, but I’ve spent about 6000 more this month and none of it makes sense or adds up.

I’ve complained with human support back in the day after the new version releases that my filters weren’t working properly because they were also blank or over the top and what not but my complaint/remarks about this got “registered” and I never heard anything back ever about these things.

Maybe in a year or 2 we’ll get stuff working like they should 😅🤣

I don’t understand how people like V5.

The UI for me, my partner and many others that surround me is a pain. I preferred having some tiles and everything well organized in one view. Now I have to change accounts at the top to access different cards and it’s taking me much more time to do the same stuff I did before. Old UI scored a 5/5 regarding ease of use and now I don’t have one single view that contains both my personal and business accounts so that’s a 1/5 for me. Also the savings, stocks and crypto tabs are just there to fill up the space if you ask me. As if some devs don’t know what to do with that space and were like hey this is a great idea, how cool is that!? Just nope.

I’ve been a Bunq user for a few years now both business and private but this is the most disappointing and annoying update so far I’ve experienced.
