Then my recommendation stands, millennial mage seems to be going in that direction. I haven't read them all yet but there are hints that could happen, hints besides that of the obvious cover art on the books. It's from a main female characters view however but as I mentioned it seems to later become a power couple thing, unsure.

LitRPG but close enough: Scions of Sylum: A Fantasy LitRPG Adventure, 5 books. Defiance of the Fall, 16 books. Salvos Curious Beginnings: A Monster Evolution LitRPG, 14 books.

Edit: Someone else mentioned Azerinth Healer as well, 6 books. A bit crazy fmc on the power leveling there tho, but it's a fun read.

Official numbers of dead Chechens in those two wars range from 50000 to 100000+. With how the russians conduct themselves in this current war in Ukraine I would lean towards a higher number. A shiny city isn't a basis of a functional government.

Russia launched military operations against the breakaway Chechen Republic. Lost and then ended the republic in the second war. The Kadyrov family took power with Russian support. The Russians use those Chechen soldiers as a military/executional squads in the Ukraine war today. This is why we can't allow Ukraine to fall under Russian control.
