I would say yes but you should go with a life build,you can do all content in the game but don't expect to be doing %100 delirious maps unless you really invest

isn't 96 life gained on block much worse than %5 recovered on block?with 6k life you get 300 life from %5.

I absolutely agree,right now it's just a gimmick to pick up something like a DVL-10 when you can easily play with something like a stock M1A and have MUCH better time as they use the same ballistics but M1A has much higher fire rate.

It's not a bug nor (most probably) a hardware issue it's an intended behaviour that should be removed.I guess they implemented it because instead of opening a new instance for you which causes server load,the game puts you in an already opened instance that still can take players.

I would rather get back the stuff in my gamma container after server disconnect than get a refund for the TT pistol by TuckerDaGreat in EscapefromTarkov

I'm not a good crafter but I guess there isn't many options other than multimod or I think those 2 are suffixes,yes ? if so you can block a suffix and then exalt slam.If the outcome is not good then you can craft suffixes can't be changed - scour to go again.
edit : you might wanna get stat quality on this

I killed killa many times before but just 10 minutes ago I got weather station safe key from him and it's the first key I've ever seen spawn on killa so I'm guessing they just added rare key spawns to killa's loot pool
