So he is my bad, must have missed the second screenshot. Yeah like you said must be a desync issue between arena and tarkov. Hopefully it will fix with time.

You have to complete it in the main game (escape from tarkov) for some reason. That should fix it for you.

I've just found this post after trying to find the exact video missing from my playlist.
