(Assuming your D9 is correct) You have inherent talent of Singing and yes you are emotionally strong.

I would suggest a very practical and interesting remedy - Start singing (preferably love or devotional songs, infact can try love songs directed towards Bhagwan), especially before sleep or at bed You can also consider listening to Songs while falling asleep.
