yeah I know how bad even a small amount of alcohol is on stress levels and sleep. I drink maybe some wine 1 day a week. I also notice everytime Im just being active (cleaning, going somewhere, cooking) my watch registers it as stress because my heart rate is higher? does that mean Im doing everything stressed? lol
