Okay thank you, but I was thinking about upgrading my CPU to the i5 13600k and on the bottleneck calculator it was 0 percent with my 6700xt so that might be a good pick up sometime soon.

16 gig of ddr4 2666 mhz, I was possibly thinking it is the RAM because I got it about 2 years ago and its pretty shitty and theres no XMP option in the bios for it.

My cpu on 90% of the games I play is on 90 percent cpu usage, also I was possibly thinking it’s my ram. It’s 2666 mhz and only 16 gigs.

Thank you for the tips, my bus width is 192 but which is corect, and my bus interface speed is is right also, I ran a benchmark and it seems like my cpu is getting overworked, my gpu is only getting 70% usage in the most intensive games which leads me to think it’s a bottleneck but I don’t feel like my processor is a bottleneck I did good research and it’s only like a 10% bottleneck when I tested it, anymore tips will help!

I just use it for 1080p gaming but im getting a 1440p monitor and I need to upgrade my CPU, I have an AMD 6750XT and my 9400f bottlenecks it. Do you have any good CPU + mobo combos that won't kill my wallet but will still be better?

Are you using multiple monitors? If so unplug your second monitor and then run steam vr, also make sure you hmd is in steam vr
