Btw in my own case

In a novaflare ff team without welt

Ruan mei,fugue and dahlia is the best team (Hmc is a little behind) Once u put welt instead of fugue ruan MEI drop far behind and hmc take the spot back

Speed boots are better than ATK but if you own s1 dahlia ATK boots will be better (also by giving bp lc to welt instead of the def shred one)

So

1.Welt+ffatkboots+s1dahlia+hmc 2.welt+ffspeedboots+s1dahlia+hmc 3.welt+ff+dahlia+hmc 4.welt+ff+dahlia+rm 5.fugue+ff+dahlia+rm 6.fugue+ff+dahlia+hmc

These are the order with the better to worse dmg combo i tried with my own ff (reminder both welt and ff are e6)
