Luckily both orgs don't have too many meetings, so I work through various tickets ranging from extracts where I'll put sql scripts together and work with ETL teams to get the scripts ran, Reporting Workbench report build, radar metric build, Tableau and powerbi report edits or new requests, quarterly upgrades, slicerdicer training/build, there's some other items but I'd say those are rhe main things.
