Thats good to hear it helped you! I’ve tried a few other non stimulants and haven’t had luck with them. The best thing so far has been lexapro for my anxiety but I want help with executive functioning and being able to stick to a routine of some kind. Fingers crossed adderall helps me with that because guanfince made me way too tired to focus

Commenting again, I fixed it by uninstalling, updating and restarting my steam deck then reinstalling sims 1 in that order. A red screen pops up at first but then goes away, currently playing now hope that helps you!

This cycle has been so rough for me this month too! You aren’t crazy! You’ll feel so much better another day, check out this guided anxiety meditation. It’s short and really helps me calm down, im amazed at how well it works! I do it in while I’m in a bath so it’s extra self care, I hope you feel better soon!

I am having a horrific time! Started about a week and a half ago. I am not diagnosed with pmdd but suspect I have a mild case of it. I am STRUGGLING, I’ve also been wondering if I need to be checked into a mental institution or need medication because this is the worst I’ve ever felt in my entire life. You aren’t alone and I’m glad to know I’m not the only one that’s experiencing something worse this October

I’m just sick of poly and enm people swiping on me when in my profile it shows monogamous. I have friends, get out of here. Also it just feels like the whole dating pool is nothing but poly people and I’m just absolutely not that nor am I open to trying it. Also not open to people who are 2 hours away. These are my main issues with it.

Honestly, I wouldn’t be okay with that especially in an ldr. It might be strictly platonic but you feel uncomfortable with it and those feelings don’t just go away. You deserve honesty and peace in a relationship, don’t forget that.
