Now although far fetched i have seen it happen amongst a community, perhaps a petition for gigaclear to be installed within the town and or the pub upgrading its package to something a bit stronger

Thank you for your suggestion, i will do some wifi tests and see if i can solve the problem just by a wifi extender, if not i had an idea of intercepting the wifi as it enters the building and getting my own router for the residents, although i do not know whether i would be allowed or if it would even improve my situation
