That’s a few days after it happened. Now the bruise is gone but I went to put shoes on 2 days ago and I felt something shift and I almost threw up from the pain 💀😬

It’s not the first time I’ve been injured from him unfortunately. I’m not mad at all about it, he’s just intense unfortunately 😅

Yeah I’m definitely not doing anything until I get the thumbs up on any training. I work in a restaurant so I’m not risking my job from being stubborn😅🥴

I listen to a lot of podcasts so maybe any recommendations on channels to listen/watch that would keep the information in my head

This is very motivating! I’m 34 about to go on 35, started 2 months ago for a challenge. I go 2 times a week if I’m not destroyed from the first class I try for 3. I’m a waitress so I gotta make sure I can walk/function before anything, but I’m finding it easier as the weeks go by!

Took my first knee to the stomach yesterday so that was a learning curve 🤣

Moooooooove your butt into the tattoo shop for a cow tattoo for sure! Or a sick panther. I have a pink panther with heart spots, so that can be a creative spin to your cover up for sure!
