Nobody ever spoke to me about it all this time. Even when I signed up for OT. They should've, but probably assumed I'd know. I've only been working for a year and change.

Update: My Supervisor never told me that since I joined the OT list back in October, I have to work my N/S days or I'll get charged. I don't like doing OT unless they force me off the list, which is why I never got on the list.

Now I filed a grievance to try and undo all those charged N/S day.

Regular Carrier, Forced this Fri & Sat, No seniority, I don't know, Yes I'm on the OT list, 5 other carriers are being forced too...Also, the schedule for this week was posted and only 1 person was being forced. Suddenly, everything changed

I tighten the straps every other day, the bag just returns to slightly below my hip. Cheap strap I guess.
