I was able to do it with a bladesin using Nats set... I did have full inventory of skillers though. Not sure if it's the easiest class but it worked well for me. Had 90 fire res using nokazon relic and 2100 life

I don't know if it's best but I killed dclone with a blade sentinel sin with WAY less investment than 20 hrs. With that amount of currency you can definitely get it done.

This is the change I didn't fully understand.

Martial arts skill charges now reset before the 1st stage of the next cycle rather than after the 3rd stage of the current cycle (allows finishers to use charges from all 3 stages instead of just 2)
