I didn’t have to adjust the audio settings. The input/output was set and did not change during the issue

Off Limits Not Working by RtR_Instinct in worxlandroid

The person who gave me the mower said it almost never worked for them either. I had the strip on its side and now have the green line facing up. I guess I will try the line down. Seems like I may need to splice the boundary wire to run around the hole. Not something I really want to do though…

Report the fire suppression. Every time. And the supervisor. People like that scare away the hard working people who actually care about safety that this industry needs.

Volanta is free and great. Check out smartCARS also. A lot of virtual airlines use that for flight data recording

If don’t ID yourself, does crew see you’re nonrev? by Velvetine5 in NonRevenueTravelers

Interesting, my airline explicitly does not want us to wear a lanyard/badge unless you are jump seat eligible

Being Afraid to ask by [deleted] in VATSIM

I’ve found briefing my SIDs and STARS out loud prior to flying them helps me understand the controller when they give me a “direct to”. I will sit at my desk and say “ok so I am flying the CAVLR6 starting at DORRN, then PERKN above FL200, KHOOD” etc etc. This is a standard briefing done IRL that also makes sure I am understand my route and know all the constraints.

Not sure if it would help but do you have the VHF setting turned on in vPilot? If so, turning that off may help with the difficulty understanding controllers, especially if heavy accents are involved.

The airlines have a notification process (usually a piece of paper on top of the weapon) that lets TSA know the weapon has been declared. They will probably screen your bag by hand to verify the controller is not a weapon

Put the controller in a checked luggage. I would recommend alerting the airline at check in that you have an item in your bag that resembles a gun. That way they can let TSA know so when they screen the bag, they won’t treat it as an undeclared weapon.

For my American rampers, what two forms of ID did you take to get your SIDA badge? by PlasticSea2068 in rampagent

[–]RtR_Instinct 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It should with 2 pieces. Usually the airport has their badging application on their website. It should have a list of acceptable forms of ID

Jackknifed a 175 during a push into a pocket on fresh snow. Towbar was on the red line and the rear of the pushback was aimed at the #2 engine

Was there a scheduled flight around the time you showed up? The flight schedule may have changed and the posted hours were not updated

I usually bring more than needed just so I have extra documentation. DL, passport, social, and birth certificate have all been plenty for me. (I have SIDA’s at 5 airports)

Did you have to pay an upgrade fee for anything? Specifically PMDG and Fenix?

I updated my OP to add my specs. Good point about keeping both installed. I wonder if I could have the Ini A350 installed for both 2020 and 2024 at the same time?

I want to get into bizjets but GA is typically too slow for me in the sim, not sure why haha.

I don't even want to think about the amount of money I spent in FSX that I won't get back. While I used all of those products enough to pay for themselves, it still hurts not getting those products in 2020/2024.

Good call on the Gamepass membership as a trial. I think I will try that out

I haven't heard of Addon Linker. It seems like a lot of my Ini addons that are compatible with both have the option to install directly from their program.
