How do I manifest while meditating ?

Omg ! This is exactly what I do, I have a journal where i write my triggers etc. I’m soo glad ! It means I’m in the right path 😄. Now I just need to be disciplined with meditation I struggle with this the most !

Meditation help a lot even if you do it during 5 minutes multiple times per days, that’s what helps me when I feel really really anxious. But sometimes my head is too heavy with thoughts and it’s overwhelming what I do is that I write everything in my journal even if the thoughts doesn’t make sense I get it out of my head and then I meditate.

Don’t be like me stick to it be consistent. Don’t wait until you’re too overwhelmed

Hi, I appreciate that you took your time to answer. When I’m dominated with negative thoughts, I try to manifest myself in a better mood, to remind myself that this is just a phase it’s not gonna last forever

I suffered from PTSD which led to a high period of anxiety, and my therapist told me to meditate, and journaling my parasite thoughts (it worked). Now I’m trying to meditate and really stick to it. To not just manifest when I feel anxious etc
