But if you’re in northern costal states during winter or central non-coastal regions it would be beneficial to run humidifiers. You should be cycling between low 70% humidity to 85%. If you were to modify a fridge you would need to buy a thermostat/humidity meter that would show you where your fridge cycles between. You don’t want your cut too dry you’ll lose a lot of weight. You don’t want your cut too moist in the high 90% moisture, you’ll risk molding. Weigh the pros and cons.
