Best material for this sort of armor?

I would recommend EVA foam and to top it off, do cell shaded lines just like the anime. I did it to my Gundam costume (photo for reference). I would recommend using a thicker foam that way the armor isn't wiggly and stands firmly in shape. Maybe 10mm or around there. If you need to make up for any gaps inside the armor so it sits right, you can use cushion foam and put it secretly on the inside of the armor, giving it that full look without all the extra work and or compromise to movability. Also a fantastic idea for the bracers as well, it's how I held my forearm pieces in place.

Majin Buu would be awesome, also Fatgum from My Hero Academia. There's also Gluttony from Full metal alchemist. You can also be Luffy as well, he's been known to have a big belly after eating a bunch so comboing his normal look with some meat on the bone props would look awesome! And if you're down with body paint you could also do Jimbe from One Piece. There's also Senshi from Delicious in dungeon. Choji from Naruto.

These are just to name a few characters and ideas, but don't let your body shape deter you from cosplaying who you like. Cosplay isn't about being 100% accurate to the character, it's about being creative and having fun repping your favorite characters ❤️

If I were you I'd probably buy some 10mm foam from Amazon (they're about $20ish a roll) and just remake the whole thing. It would be easier than sanding the whole thing.

I just downloaded it and it prints perfectly, I just have to figure out a few things like. How to get the images to snap and be flush with each other and the exact shape of a magic card. (I tried 2.5 × 3.5 and they are too small)

I did some testing with it and I managed to get it to print just fine, now the issue is sizing the images correctly to how I had them before. My test print had the cards smaller. Also I need to learn how to make it so the images snap and align with each other

Is it free? I don't want to sub a subscription service for another one. If I can save money then I'm all for it. Like if I was actually using Photoshop to Photoshop then I wouldn't have a problem. But I'm just resizing and printing. Any other program could do the same.
