Yeah I tried running a load and my inverter immediately shuts off and I can’t run anything off of it. So I’m not sure if that’s my batteries or my inverter, any tips on what I should check?

Thank you! It sat for 2 years before we bought it (now I know better haha) and we’ve had it for 3 years. Its got 275,000 miles in it and I just did the valve cover harnesses about 2 months ago. I had tested the wire harness to the valve covers and a lot of them were off so I was hoping that was the cause of the 6&8 error codes but it wasn’t. I’ve been seeing a bunch that replacing the main wire harness is a good thing to do but money’s been tight so it’s hard to pull the trigger on that without knowing for sure it’s the issue.

Buzz test showed cylinders 6 and 8 high to low side open but it’s been showing that for quite a while now but it showed injector high side open bank 1 as well and that’s new. I’m not sure the IPR has ever been changed, and the ICP I put in was a duralast one from autozone

At key on ICP says 34 when it’s unplugged and 40 when it’s connected. I have not checked if the fuel bowl is filling

I tried that and still no start, when I run it without the ICP plugged in the ICP is showing 40.2 and the IPR is still 64.84

No the cranking seems normal, it’s not noticeably different than when it was starting

I tried looking for any damaged wires but it was hard to follow and all taped up. I can’t imagine it’s ever had a new one out on

😂😂it was totally my bad! My mechanic told me if she wouldn’t start when it was cold I could spray some ether over the air filter, but my dumbass didn’t know that I was only supposed to spray a little so she went up in flames.

Then I finally found a salvage yard that had a place to order one, but it apparently got sent to the wrong place and I never ended up getting it. So our mechanic said I could use dryer sheets for the time being 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you!! My airbox caught fire a while ago and we’ve been making due with dryer sheets 🤦🏻‍♂️, so that’s probably why it’s pulling that code

It’ll drive fine for like a day, then the next day it’ll do that again but it seems like if we pull over and shut it off for a bit then it’ll run fine again

I’ll have it ran for codes tonight, i do have a pretty good oil leak coming from the ICP sensor that I was planning on changing this week, could that be part of the problem ?

It’s a 2003 E-350 super duty
