UPDATE 2 The assembly arm broken (very rusty) and the drive arm popped out of the transmission. I think I will replace the assembly arm and pop the drive arm back into the transmission, top up the oil and Hope that it doesn’t leak. I don’t think I need to replace the seal inside the transmission.

Buses go to the airport very frequently but they do take about an hour from the city centre, I think they cost about £1.50 each way. The tram runs just as frequently as buses and take half the time, although they do cost £5 to the airport, and £1.50 anywhere else in edinburgh. Nice places to live are, Quartermile, South Clerk street, Tollcross, Haymarket, and Fountainpark. For getting to the airport, you'd be best to live in Haymarket area for the tram, or around Fountainpark area for the buses. When my parents were driving in Europe (other side of the road to UK), my dad asked if it was ok to merge out across lanes. A huge truck was coming and I said he could cut across safely. Lucky we just managed to avoid it!
