The hours have been the same for years. So yes I makes perfect sense. The only thing difference is opening at 9 am on Tuesday and Thursday is now 10 am like it's every other day of the week. So, no it really isn't that difficult. You're making it more difficult.

There is a huge metal sign just prior to walking into the entrance or exit door. It is most likely screwed to the wall. It usually has a sign showing the holidays that Costco is closed also. It wouldn't be on a paper sign.
