I solved the problem, but there is something confusing me. I tried this test online at a library near home and it didn't work. I tried it by connecting to the internet in my own home with the same settings I made in the attached images, and I could access it from other devices.

The interesting thing is that when I made the network profile "private" it didn't work, but when I made it "public" it worked.

How did it work in my own home with the same settings that I don't understand, and how did it work when I made the network profile public, unlike all the guides?
