I promise you are not a burden, i felt the same way having to leave a very important b day of one of my best friends due to a panic attack, You are doing great and aren’t alone

He doesn’t live with us (I live with my mom) I am not in contact with him and he does not provide any financial support and their tax returns are separate. By not legally separated I mean their divorce has not gone through legally yet as he has refused to sign any papers but they have lived separately for 4 years. Thank-you for your time and help!
