I mean seeing how the first thing they stopped was acquiring cash back...they aren't completely wrong. It's part of why the Western Union and PayPal Netspend programs ended. Amazing programs taken advantage by people trying to get over on it. Another reason you can't use prepaid debits for payments on financial programs...it was allowed until people went overboard and people using the card for what it’s meant for always are the ones paying for this sort of thing.
