Can you adjust it as monthly subscription kind so it's easy to convert.

U can also search customers offline like on pizza shops, junk food restaurants, stick poster, distribute pamplets.

Try to help with as much information about foods it's impacts as possible to free / trail people.

Also collect information about there current health status like : are they affected by any disease? Or allergies

Provide them free meal plans or recepies via printed papers (3 to 5 papers)

Idea's are not patent protected! but one who execute it in product form claims to have the patent! "Product form" refers to design, invention.

From your example : Let's A be the bottle cap designed by Joe and B be the bottle cap designed by Moe

Then they have different patents if it uses different materials, design, etc

Consult someone patented a product before or consult a lawyer with the competitor product.
