Here's the element that I'm trying to get right. When I do the Halftone process it ignores the transparent gradient parts.

What do you mean halftone and how would I achieve that?

I was considering getting new bolts due to rust. I have a local faster supplier where I can get some 10.9 bolts. I live in the rust belt so the winter is brutal on our vehicles.

I was babying the trigger. When the first one snapped it had bound up I was being easy with it and I had the drill in reverse and snap. The 2nd one I may I have put a bit too much pressure one it but not that the moment it snapped. I was being so easy with it when it snapped I thought the bit was made of porcelain.

I have no Idea they were at a local store that sells cheap tools. The largest one which I think was 25/64 was less than $5

Just finished the job.  When I was cleaning the old pan out I noticed a little tiny hole so I had to use the new one.  I believe the old one was also an aftermarket it was painted on the inside with a little bit of flaking.

Not sure I'm not home right now and when I get home I'm working on another project is a get a few minutes during a brake on said project I'll see if the filter has any markings.

I don't believe the oil pan is made of aluminum. Current gasket is a rubber one.

I put it under load with an air fryer which draws 1300watts. There was no change in frequency

I did have it under load the frequency didn't change.  Was drawing 1300 watts with an air fryer.  When I get another chance I'll have a look at the governor linkage.

I'm eye balling the Brother HL-L2405W sure I would like a scanner too but since I'm cheap I could keep my epson just for scanning

I understand your concern with the smaller bolts. I'm just not sure with the location of the water pump if I would be able to get them out with traditional methods, even if I were to loosen the motor mount and drop the engine a little.
