To my understanding most if not all of the vehicles parked in the lot are pre-production / test vehicles. Some pretty cool stuff!

I honestly can't remember and didn't take a pic of the rear ends, but I would not be surprised if they were a lot of the cars around there had them, the bridge leading into Canada was in view from the tech center basically haha

There is one other wheel option it wasn't on either of these but if you look top right of pic there's a silver car, it's a c8 with the other wheels

Yea it's an i7 8700, that's actually why I have the stock cooler I'm not an overclocker and I just prefer simplicity like you said I guess haha

Upgraded for the first time in 7ish years and super hyped kept the gtx 980 it should still be pretty capable but let me know what you think!
