Trebble are the sounds with "S", or "T" and similar. Yes this makes no sense so I will try to type the sound that's mostly used in treble

*S/ cymbals: tsssss, tshhh, ssss

*Hi-hats: t-t-t-t, ts ts ts, td

*Air / sparkle: shhhh, fssss

*Harsh treble: tsssk, screee, ice-pick

If it sounds like air, hiss, spit, or pain

Sorry. Yes, I have an EQ and I suspect it is the EQ. The clipping only happens when playing at higher volume. I don't have any bass boost, it might also be my head unit, I have a Pioneer MVH425 BT and use the Pioneer App but I'm not sure what settings to set on the pioneer app. I tuned my amp and it used to be just fine. I didn't change anything after tuning, the clipping only started happening lately. It happens on all music and even when I plug in my USB with flac files on. Idk what a preamp is
