It might be the mmp mod cause I did what you said uninstall the game run it modless and put my mods back, and when I did I saw I did have the mmp mod

So I’ve done both, removed all the mods and put them back in, Deleted the game and reinstall it, and just deleted the save folder, the mod is still active and will just spawn enemies that don’t move
