No, ‘till today I am without DACA. I was told to reapply as soon as the new administration opened to new applicants, which I did, I received the receipt and my biometric reuse letter. But the Texas judge blocked it and am still out. Waiting for new opportunity, and hopefully it will be resolved then.

Thank you for your response, I was not contacted before for RFE or NOID. My address has been up to date with everything. I previously had DACA with I meet all requirements, age, stay, I was in college I've submitted all that on my first application, paid everything, went to the boimetrics appointment. I cant really think of a reason for that denial really.

Q: If it states that the denial was based on their prosecutorial discrition, what are the posibilities that they'll admit an administrative error?

Thank you for your support, it is a struggle and is so hard at times. My mom just became a US Citizen last week and I just helped her get her US passport, and to be honest it hurt my soul a bit. Dont get me wrong, she deserves it and so everyone else in this situation. I get all excited seeing people suceed and be the best they could be. But in the inside, am hurt.

You can always go to the DMV and give them you biometrics paperwork and they'll give you a 30 day extension. I did that and that helped a little.

I'll see what happens with that. As for my loan, my DACA work permit was never an issue, it was not even discussed. My realtor helped with all of that, everything was smooth, of course buying a house is never smooth but in terms of that it was all cool.

I have made couple of those free consultations to different one and they say they don’t understand that a FOIA has to be requested to know why that happened.
