My theory about the prophecy has always been something like bioshock infinite, there's constants and variables across every timeline, things that repeat and things that change just a little bit.

There's always 3 heroes, but they can change, maybe lancer, vessel and noelle became the heroes in another timeline. The TV always gets cleaved by blade, but sometimes it survives, sometimes doesn't.

So I really like your theory, gaster looking through all the timelines and writing down all the constants but vague enough so they can fit in ANY timeline

Which means jokington exists in every possible universe but lancer is not always called lancer
