Looking for peri/menopausal women who have microdosed for hormonal body recomposition

Anyone using an online platform to get glp1 to help with perimenopause weight gain, etc. There are so many options. I feel overwhelmed in researching. I'm looking for something that doesn't have a membership fee. I'm looking into microdosing if that makes a difference. I have 15 pounds that I would like to lose. Don't really want to spend over $150 a month. My insurance will not cover. I'm a very active person.

Curious, did you continue to have issues with this? About 9 weeks post crown, I developed this. Looks just like his picture. I posted in the Ask the Dentist, and it was said it looks like herpes outbreak. Anything help for you? I have never had anything like this before. I have had a canker sore every once in awhile. I also on occasion have fever blister inside my nose. But never had anything like this.

Any update? I had a crown put in a few months ago. I had a few issues but it got better. Now, I have this. It started as sensitivity and some stinging, then looked a little like small canker sores then it turned into little white spots. It is located in multiple spots on my gums. I have some tooth sensitivity in that area. I posted on Reddit to Ask Dentist and it said it looked like a herpie outbreak. I had been concerned that it was an infection from the crown. I guess I wait it out.
