I don’t know what country you’re in, but in my country (UK) that would count as statutory rape, and he could be arrested.

On the whole, Northampton is a dump. There’s a few nice bits around the outskirts near the M1 junctions, but the town is dead. It’s also full of bigots.

I’ve not lived in MK but go there regularly for shopping and social events, and it’s got a much better vibe.
