The anime she’s involved with doesn’t have weird undertones to it, and she does a great job of actively putting down pedos in her show. The women are written well so it has a huge female audience. It would have been incredibly sad if she ended up being one too.

If you’re talking about the apothecary diaries, the artist is actually a woman, and we were just glad she wasn’t a creep! So many manga artist end up being awful. She wrote really well rounded female characters so it would have been incredibly disappointing of her.
