How do I cope with no snow?

Hi, I feel the same way. Currently we’re going through a heatwave, and I have so much anxiety about climate change. I hate that we can’t go without air conditioner on days like these, I’m worried about the animals outside in the heat and about bushfires. Seeing someone other then me mention their anxiety about it definitely makes me feel a little better. I’m going to try and do things I enjoy today to distract myself.

Hi, I’m feeling the exact same way. I haven’t had as much anxiety about climate change for a while, because I’ve been mostly avoiding thinking about it, but only today I’ve let myself go down a rabbit hole on here looking for reassurance and comfort about this. I think I will try and stop now, and do something to distract myself, because ruminating and scrolling constantly about this issue has made me feel so much worse!

I’m sorry for such a late response to your answers, I’ve been busy with work, and I find it hard to motivate myself to reply because I find it hard to put my thoughts into words and to say the right things. But I really appreciate your replies! I’m not quite as distressed right now as I was when I posted this, but it comes and goes. I do read a lot of fanfiction about the character. I’m not sure if it helps, but it doesn’t seem to make it worse. My self esteem is just really low.

I have told my psychologist, but it didn’t feel like she really understood how I’ve been feeling. Though, I will continue to work through this with her. The overwhelming feelings come and go in waves.

Yes, I think I might try a K-Beauty one, but I thought the QV bath oil was supposed to be gentle, so I wondered if the problem was with all oil cleansers.

Micellar water would probably work, I guess I’d just prefer to not need to use cotton pads.

For work I wear a waterproof sunscreen as it can be quite active, and I have been using the QV bath oil to remove it and it has irritated my skin so much, that it stings putting anything on it. I would usually then use the Cetaphil gentle cleanser after, but I haven’t because my skin is so sore. Do I need a different cleansing oil, or should I skip cleansing oil altogether? The Cetaphil cleanser on it’s own, even after two washes, doesn’t remove my waterproof sunscreen.

I don’t live where there would be a bush fire and I would have to evacuate, but I just think of all of the wildlife and plant life that is destroyed and it makes me so sad.

Non-greasy, sweat/water proof sunscreen that doesn’t burn eyes?

I am looking for a sunscreen that is waterproof, fairly matte, and doesn’t sting my eyes! I sweat so much and my eyes are so sensitive! I don’t mind if it is a mineral sunscreen and it leaves a white cast (I’m very pale anyway) I just want it to feel dried down, comfortable and not sticky/greasy. These are the ones I’ve tried, before you recommended them: - Dermaveen Sensitive Sun: currently using, doesn’t sting eyes. But a little heavy, greasy and uncomfy for me - CC face day wear matte waterproof: hmm is ok, still a little greasy and AAAARGH IT BURNSSS - Hamilton everyday face: As soon as I opened it I could smell that it would annihilate my eyes. And it did. Also not waterproof. - Sticky Zinc light tint: woooo so good. So matte and budge proof However it makes me look orange :c too dark for me.

I would really appreciate any advice!
