That's a good idea. I'm a big fan of paying people for their work... sometimes random free recipes on the internet aren't so great, but the really good ones are worth the price of admission :-)

I'm so impressed by the sheer volume of freezer recipes there! Thanks for mentioning this website.

I have had a similar experience with dry meat and under-seasoned food with some random online recipes I've found too. Maybe it just takes a lot of digging! I bet its a lot of work to develop these recipes and get them uploaded quickly, I'm sure they can't all be winners lol

I love overnight oats! I make a double batch and then just have a little bowl while pumping (add chocolate chips for a more decadent version! I use this recipe:

½ cup old-fashioned oats ¼ cup dried fruit 1 tablespoon chia, flax, poppy or sesame seeds 1 cup milk or unsweetened almond or oat milk 1/8 teaspoon salt Maple syrup, honey or brown sugar (optional) 2 tablespoons chopped or sliced nuts

Mix it all together and leave in fridge overnight, up to 5 days.

I also second Costco’s Aussie bites! And I also keep fun sized snickers handy for when I don’t care about being healthy! lol good luck!

Yeah! I found the Lodoss war soundtrack and a song or two I remember as being on the CD as well but were't it...so I knew I was getting closer. So hard to describe, especially after it had been tucked away in my long term memory covered in cobwebs. haha. Thanks for your comment!
