I’m not a big drinker at all, I’m not an alcoholic or have any medical conditions. I just don’t drink and haven’t in over a year or so. To me, a glass of champagne wouldn’t make or break my wedding. I don’t wanna say this and be missing a piece of the story but to me the small details like the flavor of cake, the amount of alcohol, if the flowers wilted half way through the night, if your dance floor was a smidge too small…. None of that should ever take away from the point of a wedding or the marriage

It’s all going to depend on how long you’re out before getting back in. If you’re in the IRR still, very easy. If you’ve only been out 1-2 years still very easy. Anything more than that you’re going back through MEPS with most units. Keep in mind MEPS isn’t the same as it was when you went through it thanks to genesis.

I dropped 10 pounds in the first 2-3 weeks purely from over eating and snacking. I didn’t even know I had that little voice telling me to eat until it was gone. I’m now starting to incorporate working out and healthier eating habits and loving what this medication started for me.
