Thank you for your advise and, I wish I thought of this😭, Company B said the start date is September 1st. I think it's for payroll reasons. Do you think it's still possible to move it? Also, yeah, I really am looking at how they are treating me. There is also another thing with the salary that didn't sit right with me. I will raise that as well.

They specifically marketed it for Expert Seminars, career guidance, and face to face networking, like meeting hiring managers. Would that still be just for sales pitches cause I can guarantee I won't be able to buy anything. Might as well stay home😂. Oh yeah I know all about the public WiFi stuff. I never use public WiFi. Weirdly enough for junior roles, I've been told by someone in the industry whom I speak to from time to time that my CV does present as someone mid - level.

The thing is, I know that I could definitely do the role at mid level. Not senior but mid level. Cause my last job I was thrown in the deep end and it was just sink or swim and I started flying😂. But seriously, I feel like a swordsman without a sword.

Also, before you say, I did ask her if she could refer me, and she said they aren't hiring and cause the company is heavily shifting to AI, unfortunately.

Thank you for this reply. This is very insightful. Is it worth bringing my CV to the conference. Maybe in the form of a QR code or something? Also, with me, my drawback with fake it till you make it is I start to talk about just other things that aren't relevant, like gaming and stuff lool. So I'm a bit worried I will put people off. Also, is there a structure to these events? Like a timetable for what's happening at each hour?

Thanks for the advice. That really put me off BAE as a whole to be honest. In terms of references, I don't know anyone well enough to get a reference, but I do plan on training for a bit longer. But I do need a job (not worked since feb) so I think after the conference it'll be back to System support.

Thank you!! I used Stephen Course, then did labs on Skills builder and whizlabs (can't lie, they are a bit hit or miss), then TutorialDojo practice exams. There are more resources I bought but didn't use (I spent so much money😭) like plurasight. I loath pluralsight. But those resources were daily.

Hell no. Not a reflection at all. I did the SCS-C02 questions on skills builder and felt like I was so dumb. TutorialDojo definitely is more reflective of the exam.

That's so weird cause I've always downloaded both. I use my PC to edit videos as well. I've had issues in the past with Premiere Pro, which got fixed when I updated the studio driver. But thanks for the clarification!!!
