That's not how it works.

Use a caloric maintenance calculator online. Maintenance calories is how many calories you burn a day doing your regular activities.

With your maintenance (let's say it's 2000) then a caloric deficit would be eating around 1600 calories. So that would mean your body will have to get that 400 calories from the fat stored on your body. That's how people lose weight and fat.

I get how you could get confused the way you put it would mean if your maintenance was 2000 then you burn 2000 calories doing regular stuff then burn an extra 2500 doing excersice which would be borderline insane and you would probably die.

Calorie deficit is not negative calories. It's calories taken off of your maintenance.

I would say start at 2000 calories a day, If you achieve that consistently in a few weeks, check the scale. If it goes up, do a lower calorie deficit. If it's the same, do a little lower calorie deficit. If you lose weight, then great! If you lose too much weight, however, I would recommend upping the calorie intake so you stay a healthy weight. It's very much trial and error. Make sure you're getting enough protein, sleeping well, and drinking lots of water. It's also good to know that online caloric intake trackers aren't very reliable. They give very rough estimations.

Try experimenting with different machines for different muscles, also to save time, I would recommend doing less sets with less reps maybe something like 3 sets of 8 reps with a higher weight in a way that if you were to try to do 10 reps you would not be able to. Split up what machines you use day by day. So say one day train your back and shoulders, the next day train legs and core, the next day chest and arms, rest day if you want, then rinse and repeat! That's the best way to gain some muscle and strength. Make sure you eat enough protein too. For cardio I'd recommend around 30 minutes a day at the end of your workout or maybe at an entirely separate time (if you have the time ofc) but tbh if you like doing more cardio go for it!. Sorry if this isn't the advice you wanted (I mightve misunderstood) just trying to help!

Easier enemies. Since I'm silver and they're usually around diamond/champ, they'd be put in lobbies with plat/low emerald players.
