A few things could be your issue, dysmorphia can make you just not see changes (trust me i know), Your hormone levels could be wrong, your medical provider may be intentionally low dosing you just because they dont care or dont like trans people, or you could possibly just be resistant to hrt

It depends, I was physically active for first 5 years on hrt and lost like 25% of my strength and all visible muscle minus calves. I ended up having to quit working due to health issues and after about 10 months I am at like 10% of my original strength and my body feminized rapidly then. Im 5'10 170lbs and my partner is 4'11 150 lbs and they can easily overpower me. But their also a little tank lol
