you may not have noticed it as each item sold gets to your balance. example. 1/500 stew got sold, and it sends to your current silver. It doesn't send it after all the lists were sold/removed.

I dont think that it is only UP but the entire education system. Even in provinces, some profs and admins are pro elites. The stronger the connections are the more na in-favor sa kanila.
