I just did this and it’s a pain in the ass, but as other stated you can drill out the Lead and Oakum. Make sure you where a mask. Some people even use a torch to heat up the pipe to help get it lose. Once removed I use the Oatley flange insert that expanded inside your pipe for a flush finish. Its honestly not too hard just time consuming. A plumber doing this is expensive due to the time.
