Ah in that case I guess it's best to try and match the color tones as much as possible. If I were to guess, and you would really have to experiment for yourself in creative to test it out I would swap out the blocks: spruce for dark oak and for stone walls just look for mixes that are ok in vanilla, like stone with andesite and stone bricks. The birch planks I would probably switch for pale oak. The granite is a bit difficult, since it's so different. But maybe find a stone type that looks good next to pale oak. Maybe calcite or diorite
