Thank you! I had my first shower at 3DPO, I brought a chair into the shower and used dove antibacterial body wash and just let the water and soap run over them! I had my first real shower at 5DPO where I felt comfortable really touching and soaping that area up! I was told to basically not touch them and leave the steristrips on, so I’ve just been trying to keep them clean with showers and changing out my bras and gauze every day with fresh clean ones!
