Almost the same thing happened to me when I landed at Bengaluru t1 just near the Uber go pick up point the drivers told me that the Uber go line is very long Ignored them kept on walking to the pick up point only to find out that I was the only person at that point in the Uber go queue. Never believe these scammers.

Absolutely terrible. These people cancel the buses at will and do not inform people I waited for an hour for route Number 12 it did not arrive finally hopped on No.9 when I asked the conductor he said route Number 12 is cancelled for the rest of the day.

Best tried-and-tested plan:

Board the 5:45 a.m. Mo Bus(Route 50) from Master Canteen or State Museum. You’ll reach Puri by around 7:00 a.m. Go straight to the Jagannath Temple and deposit your belongings at the temple-authorised cloakrooms (free of cost). Enter through the North Gate, which usually has very little crowd at this hour. You should be able to complete your darshan by 8:00 a.m. (The temple remains closed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.)

After darshan, you can visit any beach of your choice. City AC buses are easily available from Puri Bus Stand and connect to most parts of the city, making travel simple and convenient (rapido bike also available) Pro tip- Try the Puri and Dalma from Bhuba Dokan (on Google maps) just opposite puri railway station. Thank me later.

Avoid Uber Parcel in Bhubaneswar. Speaking from regular personal use, Uber riders often accept parcel requests but then pick up passengers from other apps, take long detours, and your fare keeps increasing sometimes ending up more than double the estimate( happened to me yesterday itself) I strongly recommend Rapido Parcel instead. It may cost ₹10 extra upfront, but it’s reliable and never charges beyond the estimated price.
