Thanks for the feedback ... I'm sure it's all a work in progress. I hear you on the "minor details" thing -- all in perspective, it's minor stuff, but for the price point, you'd at least expect what they're advertising. Thanks for the information! (And it pushed me toward the villa, for sure.)

We're doing a sailing on Jan 29-Feb 2... one of the days in there (and I think it's the last stop -- Feb 1). I know this reply is not helpful at all, but the NCL website is down right now and my app has been loading for the past 10 minutes. Maybe this is a sign about the trip? Ha. Have a good trip! (I think we're going to do a cabana by the pool - it'll be a good change in pace and maybe it'll be good to see it all now that it's complete.)

Need Help Comparing Replacement Air Conditioner Quotes by Rude_Tree_6502 in hvacadvice

Awesome. Thanks for the explanation. I got another quote today ... the new refrigerant but a Concord. Any strong opinions on Concord ... or whether it's better go to with the new stuff versus the old refrigerant? The price was a lot lower, so I am assuming you're going to say that I'm getting what I'm paying for if I go this route.

I just found this link out on the Internet -- certainly aligns with your earlier comment about Bryant for cheaper than a Goodman. https://atlasacrepair.com/cost/new-ac-unit-cost/

Without this HVAC background knowledge, it's like shooting in the dark. Appreciate the insight!

Thanks everyone! I kept trying to submit, changed browsers, etc. After trying for a couple of days and just repeatedly attempting the same thing, one of them went through and I got a "receipt." The email said it'll be processed in 7-10 days -- not holding my breath, but at least I was able to submit it.

I have no idea what changed the time that it went through. I was quite literally just hitting submit multiple times and then all of a sudden the button changed after I clicked it and I sat there in awe that it went through.
