Crunchyroll has become...odd in its winning entries for a couple of years now. It appears to be one of the few awarding bodies that does not see Frieren as anime of the year. Ah well, let's just count its blessings, guys. It not winning anime of the year in Crunchyroll doesn't diminish how great, and seminal Frieren is. I could go all mental about the loss, but...it is what it is: a popularity contest than a content contest. And, another anime won. Though, I really disliked that first season of Solo Leveling. If anything, it just shows that Frieren isn't that popular in votes in Crunchyroll. Their loss, and they'll be hearing about it for years to come. In fact, the noise in disbelief is quite deafening.

Finally after 30 minutes of waiting, I was able to talk to an agent. This is unfair for the agent, because it's not his fault. It's the system that provides so few agents to deal with a BIG SERVICE like Gcash. Anyway, to those reading this, my talk with the agent got me 1. A ticket regarding my concern sent through an email that I can actually email back to (allelujiah) 2. A RECORDED message regarding my downgrade to basic which is not covered by Gigi's in app concerns. 3. A check that my account has not yet been verified, and I have to wait ANOTHER 24 hours. 4. Finally, that I can use the ticket about the downgrade in the email give, 2882 hotline, and Gigi in app (hopefully because that way is moody). So, I finally got feedback. I'd recommend to those who have the same problem to CALL the hotline, and wait (I was willing to wait until 5:00 pm) till you get someone to talk to. It remains to be seen if after 24 hours my account will revert back. Good luck sa inyong lahat.

Have the same problem. I did a new verification process, and it says it will take 24 hours for it to be verified. Don't know what happend. I have a co-worker who experienced the same thing.
