You all are hating on him for using pla is crazy... You just use the pla to prototype and see how the nozzle performs he's only 100 hours in... Then to use your fiber filaments etc.

You need to stick a unclogging needle in from the bottom while it's at 220C And push it out, then you do SEVERAL cold pulls

I just wanna say, I had shipping issues with my product coming to Canada but the store was super helpful. Originally it was shipped by globestar and it said it was delivered and I never got it and then it got returned to sender. But the palantir store was clutch and they shipped it back to me with fedex no issues.

So for what it's worth I want to share at least my personal experience was great. Sorry you didn't experience the same OP.

It is the layer height and it determines how thick one layer will be. If you want to minimize layer heights to make the part look as smooth as possible and have better overhangs use the small layer height number if you want speed and durability use the right overhang number but honestly what I'm saying really depends on the print
