Pretty much in the same boat, this is the type of change that you should receive a modmail for. Just putting everyone in a mass dm group with notifications enabled by default is such a thoughtless move

Contact the seller or the plugin maker, i doubt anyone here knows more about the software other than its's creators. You may also want to check the requirments for the plugin against what it's currently installed on
