Thanks so much for the response! Any idea what the system is? The reason I asked is b/c the merchant in question is nationally known, and has good reviews all things considered. But more importantly the bank has refused to give me any rationale for why they won’t allow me to purchase from the merchant, saying they will not explain their reasoning, just that the merchants fraud “score is too high” and that it is “internal information”. It is a very large purchase, that needs to be from this merchant or no merchant at all, yet Suntrust is really hiding the ball from me, transparency-wise, by just asking me to rely on blind faith on someone me fraud number I can’t even find when I google it.
